Resentful eyes tear empty spaces
Ice cold tears resonate softly
As cold rain seems to mirror this
As if the whole world mourns
Feels for this lone soul

We wander in wonder seeking some answers
Yet in the end only seem to find ourselves again
Insight isn’t lost yet somehow runs off
Evidence is misfiled as truth
Recognition mistaken from belief

Left in life inherently vital
Oneself being integral to yearning
We go on and on
Salvation burning
Unmistakably learning

Once more again we seek our own ends
We want what we lack
Until we reach black
Once overridden, we escape our revisions

I hope for adventure, for a journey
As I wade in my visions, make my decisions
